The latest clip on BEARPAW TV has Simon
Rawley-Wells overcoming stage fright to join soul band The Black Diamond Riders for a private performance at the opening of BEARPAW’s LA showroom. What comes across in this episode is Simon’s desire to transition from presenter to performer. He’s such a natural interviewer – and has 20 years of it under his belt – that it’s clearly tough to shed that persona. Plus, celebs just love him. From Sarah Drew (Grey’s Anatomy) to Bridgetta Tomarchio (Californication), actresses in particular are incredibly comfortable around Simon. Maybe it’s that British charm, or the fact that they sense they’re around a kindred spirit, a fellow artist.
